Bee Eventive, LLC is a full-scope innovative, boutique event management company providing a variety of event services customized to meet each client’s needs and objectives. We collaborate as a team in order to provide our clients with our very best. This includes the expertise of our extensive professional “hive” network. With over 40 years of combined event experience, we have a long history of working both individually and together to create and execute successful and memorable events. We offer our clients the option to hire us to produce an event from A to Z or smaller portions of an event including consultations on ideas and development to implementation of any part of the event production. No matter what area we work on we provide a high-level, personalized experience for all invested, and experiencing the event in every situation.

We execute all projects, big and small, with the same level of expertise, dedication and passion. From consultation, to event production, to corporate retreats with tour and travel management, to customer service and trade show planning and execution, Bee Eventive, LLC has got our clients covered. Our goal of lifelong partnerships with our clients is attainable because we believe that the sum of our strengths is greater than what each of us contributes individually and for that reason we combined our strengths with our wide-ranging professional network to create our own “hive” in order to always exceed expectations with impactful events.

Our Story

While we each have our own individual strengths, we have some important traits in common as well. We each enjoy taking care of others, are naturally inclined to go above and beyond the call of duty, have an understanding and appreciation of teamwork and hard work, value one another and our clients, and feel fortunate to be a part of an industry that impacts peoples lives whether by creating meaningful memories, educating, building relationships, fundraising, and more through successful events. Also, we have each had “entrepreneur envy” when we hear of family members, colleagues, and friends who have followed their dreams by creating their own business. A conversation with one such successful entrepreneur inspired the three of us to come together, combine our experience and network to create Bee Eventive, LLC.

Our services are tailored to each clients’ needs and desires from reward vacations to trade shows, sporting events to entertainment, parties to fundraisers and everything in between.
